Job description

  • consulting in the field of fertilization,
  • acquire new customers,
  • maintain and develop business relationship,
  • report the results of activities,
  • liaise with customer service, marketing, logistics and production departments,
  • achieve sales plans,
  • actively participate in training, Field Days, trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

  • min. 2 years of sales experience: agricultural industry - manufacturer (seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products) - required,
  • commercial skills and an extensive contact portfolio,
  • highly motivated to work, success-oriented,
  • independent and proactive approach to assigned tasks,
  • ability to work as part of a team,
  • impeccable manners,
  • good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques,
  • willingness to make frequent business trips,
  • very good command of Latvian and Russian languages,
  • knowledge of export markets in the sector.
