- consulting in the field of fertilization,
- acquire new customers,
- maintain and develop business relationship,
- report the results of activities,
- liaise with customer service, marketing, logistics and production departments,
- achieve sales plans,
- actively participate in training, Field Days, trade fairs and industry events.
Requirements
- min. 2 years of sales experience: agricultural industry - manufacturer (seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products) - required,
- commercial skills and an extensive contact portfolio,
- highly motivated to work, success-oriented,
- independent and proactive approach to assigned tasks,
- ability to work as part of a team,
- impeccable manners,
- good interpersonal and communication skills,
- knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques,
- willingness to make frequent business trips,
- very good command of Latvian and Russian languages,
- knowledge of export markets in the sector.
